When i go to use RedVex and the PickIt plugin, it tells me to put the files into the Plugins folder... but the thing is i dont have a Plugins folder... any help?

Yeah, this is a common error. I like to call it the ID-Ten-T error.
Just create a Plugins folder.
(Right click, new, and then select folder.)
