I strongly suggest that any of you guys that aren't working out or being active to start. I promise you once you start seeing results it's one of the greatest things that can happen to you. If you have any questions on how to start/how to eat/anything ask it here Big Grin. If you do workout post it up here. If you don't definitely start!

Wel, I don't "workout" but I unicycle everyday and that is a pretty great cardio and leg workout so I have been feeling more energetic these past few months.

I'm running cross country just to get shape for badminton. I consider myself a pretty athletic person. Thanks for the heads up though Kurups. Its fun to compete and beat people.

Workout - Obfuscate - 09-18-2007

Been working out for a bit now and I certainly feel more energetic. One of the big things is getting a good bit of core exercises in as that is the area that can allow you do that one last failure rep. Also, stability and flexibility are also key.

P.S. STRETCH!

Meh, I'd start working out if I could gain some weight. I can't gain weight for shit, what would I transform to muscle?

Stretching is vital alright. I do a lot of jogging and when i didn't stretch one of the days, I ended up tearing my calf muscle. Not the most fun I've ever had.

Workout - slashbomb - 09-26-2007

My school just fisnihed moving all their weights into the old band rehearsal room because we just finished the performing arts theater. So the new weight room is huge and it has almost every workout u can imagine. Do to this, we have a awesome Strength + Conditioning coach. Too bad I do competitive sports but I also get a workout every Tuesday and Thursday.

I'm shaping up for basketball, so I do extra more strength training then cardiovascular because Strength training leads to burning more calories. I make up my cardio by playing b-ball.

So yea, everyone in a while, people should go for a good workout. My school's weight room is free so it's even better and opens b4 and after school.

Workout - bigdeath - 09-26-2007

I've been trying to get back into a workout regiment. I used to work out frequently, im talking running like 2 miles after work but now i've gotten a little lazy. I'be been goin to the Y lately and stopped drinking beer and sodas trying to get back to where I was. The lightest I've ever been in my adult life is 200 lbs. though.

I just had a good workout. I played badminton doubles and practiced smashing with a girl at Delta college half and hour ago. She was sooo pretty.[Image: blush.gif]

She should live near me. Since I live in front of Chavez, and she goes to Chavez. But I go to some other school. [Image: blank.gif] She freaking looks like Rinoa from FF8? Just like this one girl in 7th 8th grade.

Edit: Man I should of told her I was a regular at Blizzsector huh? That would of impressed her.
