Werewolf Question, please help - skater4fun4 - 10-12-2007

1. I cant seem to find the IAS breaking point for a werebear, I keep seeing something about WIAS, im confused.
2. Does IAS effect fury at all or no?
3. Does a shields blocking work or help in werewolf form?
4. What is the r/w breakpoint?
5. You think a EBOTDZ and Phoenix is a good choice for a fury werewolf?

Thanks alot for your help guys!

1. WIAS is the IAS on your weapon because that is the only IAS that counts when you are transformed. EBOTDZ is one of the best (5 frame I read) for a wolf.
2. It should.
3. I was playing with my wolf im building earlier fighting another low level and he was dodging for a block animation so yes.
4. This I don't know. I'm planning on going Feral Rage/Fury with my wolf so it shouldn't matter to much.
5. I'm going EBOTDZ/SS for my wolf. I don't know if pheonix would be better or not.

Last off what realm you play because I'm making a wolf druid to, I want to duel you if your on west.

He's probably east. I can't wait to duel your druid. Pretty fun to duel druids.

1. I cant seem to find the IAS breaking point for a werebear, I keep seeing something about WIAS, im confused.

WIAS = Weapon Increased Attack Speed. The reason why you can't find a IAS breakpoint table for werebear is because they varies between weapons (I think).

2. Does IAS effect fury at all or no?

Fury itself already have a decent IAS, so unless you use a faster weapon, your attack speed would pretty much be the same.

3. Does a shields blocking work or help in werewolf form?

Yes.

4. What is the r/w breakpoint?

Not sure about this one.

5. You think a EBOTDZ and Phoenix is a good choice for a fury werewolf?

From some druid's guide I've seen, they find cruel mystical sword of quickness (201-300%ED 40%IAS) socketed with shael runes (I think) as an ideal weapon for fury.

This video gives you some great tips about werewolf, including the varieties of weapon you may use. Even though it use rabies attack as an example, just turn the weapon into cruel/quickness combo. It may work. :p

Werewolf Question, please help - skater4fun4 - 10-12-2007

Thanks alot guys, i am on east. I got a couple more questions.
1. What could be a better wep than EBOTDZ
2. Should I use rabies or fury
3. since i will be using phenix, i was thinking about using armaggedon, or should i just use hurricane+cyclone shield?

Werewolf Question, please help - BrioCloud - 10-12-2007

If you are rabies, you can use a 6 socketed phase blade with 6 5/5 poison facets. Hadn't heard of that one eh? Rabies + Fury is a good hybrid. Forget Armaggedon and use Hurricane for freeze, and Cycone Armor for gg elemental absorb. =]

Werewolf Question, please help - skater4fun4 - 10-13-2007

i am thinking of using rabies+fury+the rest in hurricane and cyclone. I think i will use a psn wep and a shield for the witch and ebotz as main. then when i psn them, i will do the quick switch thing(unless its patched already)
u think dweb or the 6soc sword would be better for the psn switch trick? psn wont kill a person all the way will it?
