Here is a charm that gives ALL Amazon skills at Level 67, there is also a +7 to all skills mod, so you get a total Lvl of 70. It works on Open Bnet, no errors or anything. You have to import it with udie2 cuz Hero editor complains. I will be workin on more charms for all the other classes, expect to see them soon. Enjoy.

Just use HE to edit the skills....it'll be lvl 99..

No, they will still be at 99.

Like I said, Hero Editor complains that the charm is invalid, although D2 and Bnet accepts it. The only editor that works with it is Udie2

Why bother getting those kinds of charms when u can actually use hero editor to make your skills to lvl 99?

No idea, all I know is someone asked for a charm to give all skills, so I made one.
