You'd have to be a real ####### genious for wasting the time and money to file a lawsuit against someone for stealing your dollar menu burger.

Ummmm Hello, stealing is a criminal offense. You don't need a lawyer or to pay a court any fees when someone breaks the law. Think Nicole Simpson paid a lawyer to prosecute O.J. ? Its called the justice system. Here's a link to another explanation of it in case that wasn't simple enough.
