Tattoos - Screamthoughts - 10-29-2007

I'd like to know what everyone's thoughts are on tattoos. If you have one lets see it, thats if it's in a place you can show.
I know where they originated from and why. But now days society has there own reason for getting a tattoo. Mine was because I love butterfly's and they stand for beautiful change in one's life, and I really like the band H.I.M.
So lets hear what all of you have to say.

This was Panties,an ex-Trial Supermoderator. Also an ex-friend of mine,and very fun.
Unfortunately he broke every rule possible and made up a few to break....so I had him I.P. banned.

I have often thought of having a Tatoo,but never did.2 of my kids have them as well as peircings.

This is a pic of my first one. It's about 3 weeks old...and yes I know one side it different than the other, thats the way I wanted it.

Well IF I were ever to get one it would be 2 inter-connected hearts.
Inside of each would be initials and dates.
My husbands initials are A.M.(Alan McAllister) mine are P.M.(hopefully yall can figure out my name.)

Along with our birthdates. His are 7-12-62.
Mine are 12-7-62....strange huh?

Well thanks for the opinion ... I am sure that in other cultures where a tatoo is ritualistic,will totally agree with you.
I am not certain,but somehow can't envision a pigmy driving an 18-wheeler through the jungle paths.rolleyes:

Feel free to post up any/all tatoos you guys have,as well is what motivated you to choose it.

I want to get a tattoo eventually but I'm not sure what. For a while I've wanted the tattoo from SLC Punk but I don't know anyone that would do that around here, lol. And I don't have much money to spend now, anyways.

I have one on the shoulder with the kinji symbol of dragon. A dragon is holding a scroll with the sybol on it. I may ad dto it later. i want my other shoulder n arm done, as well as a nice back piece

Heyyyy what part of TX man? I just moved here and I need my left sleeve worked on. Left arm: Tiger Army tigerbat surrounded by 13 black roses (work in progress), right arm: Smashing Pumpkins (favorite band EVER!!!) heart, and some work I did on myself -- right leg: heart w/bat wings with "mom" in the middle (to keep myself out of trouble when I was 17 for getting it when she told me not to lol, but I wanted a mom tattoo anyway) and "Agony" down the inside of my left leg.

I'm looking for both full sleeves (arms) and a FULL back piece. let me know.

No sadly I am not, I was going to be but i couldn't pass the physical due to a knee injury from football and having a bolt holding my left leg together
