Hi. I haven't asked any questions lately about Diablo. But I want to know about Charged Bolt and Nova, which one is best to max out first? Nova is very good at strong crowd control, while Charged Bolt can kill mass weaklings. It sounds like Nova is better. However, I've heard somewhere that you can teleport onto somebody such as Meph or something, and spam Charged Bolts, doing lots of damage. Maybe not Meph but other bosses since I think Meph has a lot of Lightning resist? Does the pros of Charged Bolt outweigh the cons, or vice versa with Nova. I don't make Light Sorcs much. I know by level 96 I can have everything maxed, but I'm not going to go that high level. Thank for reading my question guys.

Well I maxed out charged bolts first found it good on mass mobs from a distance especially if i was helping some through in lower levels but the same can be said for nova in lower levels teleporting it middle of group and spamming it but in hell charged bolts can be used effectively at distance where as nova cannot.

I usually max Nova last, but I can't remember why. I used to max Nova first so I had a reason for changing, just don't remember what it was...
