Need help on Building a Bowzon. - Dank420 - 10-03-2008 Ok, before i begin this post i would like to clear it up that i havnt played this game in years.. I just came back about a week ago. Since i havnt played in a long time i dont know any of the termanology that u guys use on this forum.. Thus why i made this post. i just created a zon, she is lvl 17 atm.. i havnt spent any skills or attributes except i put 5 pnts into str so i could wear some armor. My questions are... 1.What are the best attributes to raise for a bowzon? (what to raise alot, a little, and what not to raise at all) 2.What skills are best to use for a bowzon? 3.What is the best gear to use for a bowzon? 4.Whats best Weapon to use for a bowzon? 5.Whats best merc to use for a bowzon? Please explain this to me in lamen terms, and try to excuse my noobishness. Thank You, Dank Need help on Building a Bowzon. - Arc - 10-03-2008 Dank420 Wrote:Ok, before i begin this post i would like to clear it up that i havnt played this game in years.. I haven't played in a while but the last time I played the game that was pretty much what to do with a Bowzon, Im not sure about the merc but for gear your going to want to pick up some FHR and poison stuff. seen some zons using Bramble and some with CoH, it all depends on your preferences. Need help on Building a Bowzon. - Jammer74 - 10-03-2008 It really depends on what you're doing with the bowzon and what your budget is.As far as stats go,if you are pvp,and rich, put most all stat points into dexterity, maybe enuff into vitality to hit 800 life with gear before battle ordrs(from call to arms runeword) is cast.If you are pvm or not rich, put 2 points into dexterity for every 3 points into vitality.Skill placement is easier, both builds(pvm and pvp)max guided arrow,10 points into critical strike,10 points multi shot,10 points strafe,1 point each in penetrate, pierce, decoy, and then split the rest between dodge, avoid, and evade(try to hit 60% on each of these). As far as weapons, most people say Faith runeword in a grand matron bow,and thats fine if your rich, but a windforce(unique hydra bow) hits much better damage.Try to look for a rare zon circlet with +2 skills, ias, frw, stats, and resists. For armor use a 4 socket archon plate with 4 40% enhanced damage/15% increase attack speed jewels,or use lightweight fotitude, made from dusk shroud or archon plate, ect. If you're doing chaos runs,an atma's scarab amulet works really well, otherwise use catseye amulet or highlords.Try to get some gloves with 2 bow skills or two passive and magic skills with 20 ias and stats, knockback also helps. For rings use ravenfrost,as close to perfect as u can.Waterwalk boots are nice, with 20% frw, life, and dex.As far as the merc goes,an act 1 merc with windforce or ice bow will survive better in chaos runs. |
