i think laz stated that the skill relocation thing is bugged and will cause you to lose points.

Not really, I tried it out myself on my paladin, changed him from unholy to holy and all the skill points were there.

Ive made the changes you suggested. I have an unholy paladin just started at lvl 38 but I can't see any difference......yet.
