I keep getting the realm restriction message on battle.net stopping me from playing on battle.net. And also for some reason i keep getting logged out of battle net in games. Someone help me!

stop trying to log into it.
what is happening is a temporary ban on your account.
the more you try to log on, the longer the ban.
dont log on or even attempt for a good 3 days.
