No haha, techno is actually a very obscure genre for how loosely it is tossed around.
Electronic music would be the proper term for all things electronic, as simple as it sounds.
Electro however, is indeed its own genre. But we won't talk about that right now

Usually a four-four kick beat (basically just a constant beat on the kick drum)
& less vocal oriented, the para one is a remix of a house song - house differing from techno in that it is more vocally & disco oriented. Both with the same beat structure really.
DUBSTEP however is completely left field, haha.

second one is a cool remix of a pop song known as TiK ToK by Ke$ha its pretty cool
the first one has lines from lord of the rings and ofcourse both are dubstep check em out.
