Can't set D2 to DirectDraw - Tric - 04-21-2009
So I've been trying to get a certain bot to work, but I've hit a snag - it requires DirectDraw. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, except that whenever I run vidtest and choose DirectDraw, it does nothing. If I run it again to double check, it has set it to Direct3D anyways.
How do I FORCE it to use DirectDraw? Anything I can edit in the registry? Tried poking around there and there's definitely something, but it's unclear what to change.
My graphics card is a radeon 3870. Latest drivers. Used to use the glide wrapper to use 3dfx accel for D2 but didn't like it so I removed it.
