I had the unknown software exception (oxc0000417) at location ox10090a62. I've been working on it for 2 days now and going to different sites and i found an article on running 2 bots together and it said not to put in the cd key, to leave it blank. I tried it and now I'm running. So to you other people with that problem, try that. I would've posted it differently but it's hard to get around this site right now. I'm using IE too. I can't sign in on firefox though, so I put the info up however I could. Hope that it helps.
