Its from the script under Unique (Armor)
I see this line:
Example:
[Name] == BalrogSkin && [Quality] ==[Quality] == unique && [Flagl != ethereal # [Defense] >= 410 // Arkaine's Valor
Does This mean that bot WILL NOT PICK UP IF ITs ETHEREAL???

That is correct ,the bot will not pick it up if its ethereal.Also that script is wrong,if its not a typo. It should be
[Name] == BalrogSkin && [Quality] == unique # [Defense] >= 410. That will pick up all Valors over 410 defense including ethereal.
