what is the steps for loading a hero edditor in and dose it stay with computer or dose it travel with account help please!! when it says download just click and it loads or do you have to go in and remove stuff out of files to work

Hero Editor is a downloadable 3rd party program. Only works on Open bnet and single player. Its very simple to use.
Download
Run
click on inventory
Select character
Edit!
if you want information on editing, thats a different matter.
