i'm just wondering what char were u thinking of, cause it u were thinking of a barb who uses melee attack diablo can always be dangerous for the iron maiden, i guess that would also go with the way to baal with the iron maiden, as well as the souls as silver said.

err .. i havent reached hell's hell yet, but in nightmare (and normal), one of the portals in diablo's realm will unleash a horde of winged demons who charge and surround me with ease. And i remember that the portal is arranged such that if you open it, you are faced with a dead end ... the only way for me to survive is to get a portal opened beforehand.
i still think duriel's chamber is hardest. cos there is little room for navigation. to collect your body, you will have to get to your body barenaked with minimal resistances so as to get your items back in one shot. that is tempting fate since Duriel has a holy freeze aura which slows you down on top of everything ... and its charge on a naked player can mean instant death in most circumstances.

I hate those Death Lords. Once there was one unique & minions, with Fanatism + extra fast/strong (can't remember which one), but there was also a few champions in the back. Everyone was dead before they could do anything.

I personally die more to Hell Chaos Sanc because of all the cold immune my merc can own everything in baals minions but diablos one im there goes my merc and my 2 highes char are both cold sorc (orb and blizz)

Well...full tals could protect you...The resists shud be quite high...with a Um socketed into some of the eqiupment...you shudnt worry bout resist in hell using a sorc..
