Gear.
Tal mask: Um'd
Tal wep: 2 to each mastery if you can get, Ist'd
Tal armour: Um'd
Tal Belt.
Magefist, or chancies.
War travs.
Lidless: Ist'd or you can go with a spirit.. i prefer lidless.
Tal ammy.
Soj.
Faster cast rate ring.
Switch: Cta, Lidless.
Skills!!
Maxed Skills are.
Meteor, Fire mastery, fire ball, frozen orb.
I'd put remaining points into cold mastery, or fire bolt.
Stats!
Enough strength to wear gear. about 65-100 Dex I'd say.. the rest into Vitality. non into energy!
This build is good for, Andy, Meph, and pindle. It's all I use it for basically. And if the mf you get from these items isn't good enough for you. Get yourself a Gheeds, and mf sc's. should go up a lot for you. The best mf % to have is between 300-400. Nothin higher or less. I hope this build helps you guys out.
