here are your 3 choices for normal
Combat (Normal): Prayer
Defense (Normal): Defiance
Offense (Normal): Blessed Aim
and as soon as you can I would switch over to a [SIZE=-1]Defense (Nightmare): Holy Freeze one[/SIZE]
