are you running win 7 and if so you will need to run the etal manager in win xp/admin mode - let me know if you still need help
did you download this one - Etal V7 - Green Goblin - 1046.P?

i download this 1 TortoiseSVN - Downloads 64 bit and im on win7 i have changed it to manage in xp// also i have a nt load config error any help possible appreciated
