Building a new computer - Zerobanshee - 06-03-2012 Alright. My laptop is on it's last legs, and I've been having a ton of trouble with it. So, I decided to change things up and build a desktop, one that'll last me a long time. On newegg, I made a wishlist of absolutely everything I believed I'd need to build the best computer I could. I'd just link the wishlist, but for some odd reason it's email only. So, I'll link each part one by one, and just give a very brief description like "Computer Case" or "motherboard". If any of you are interested in feedback, some places where I could change parts for better performance, let me know. I'm wanting a high performance computer designed to play basically any video game at maximum efficiency, as well do Video Recording, editing and processing in HD graphics. Recently bought an Intel 520 120gb Sata III drive for my PC and it made a fair difference! (make sure it isn't connected to a marvell chipset that doesn't support TRIM) Building a new computer - Zerobanshee - 06-08-2012 Yeah! I was planning on getting a SSD as a secondary Drive. They're still pretty expensive, so I didn't want to jump into getting it as the primary drive. Over time though, I'll shift over to the primary Drive. |
