Just scavenge around, A good poor mans shield is a Rhyme shield so find the 2 runes for that I think they're cheap if I remember right...

If you can by any chance get this gear: Occulus, Tal armor, tals belt, tals ammy, Shako, Splendor, War travs, Chance guards, 30% nagels, and 7%mfscs. Im not sayign you can afford all that... im jsut saying its good mf gear.
