me and some friends are making this lvl 9 duelling league... we level to lvl 9 in act 1 normal, and then we duel (Hardcore)... so, not the best items. But which char would be a great lvl 9 pvp'er, with descent equipment? Big Grin

I don't have my lvl 9 dueling Assa anymore, so I don't remember exactly. Few points in Tiger Strike, Burst of Speed and Claw Mastery. I didn't have any other skills.

Lvl 1 Tiger Strike does 100-300 damage, but note that it's a charge skill, so you have to hit them once first.

With it, I could kill lvl 20 paladins & barbs.

Tiger Strike isn't banned from most lvl 9 dueling leagues without a reason.

I've never actually done this, but I think a Paladin with a point in Might would be good, and everything else in Smite.

the only thing about a low lvl smiter is, there are NO decent smite dmg shields available to a lvl 9, so, even if you do hit everytime, the stun length at that lvl is too small to make a difference, i'd go w/the sin or a bash barb... simply because you can get decent dmg weps, stick 1 or 2 points in a mastery for a small AR boost, and stick the rest into bash...i'd say mace mastery, use a morning star, only need to put 6 pnts to str to use it, no dex req, and 1h, so u can use a shield (for what limited help that provides) then you can deck out the vit, so yeah, that's my 2 cents...
