its the version of the valkayrie wing unique winged helm when battlenet hadnt created the 09 patch yet. anyway it does 20% faster cast and hit recovery too. some necros use it

Haha it's like silver_ice saids, a unique winged helm called Valkayrie Wing that existed in the 1.08 Patch in LoD. The defence is ROUGHLY around 120 with 30% faster cast rate, 30% faster run/walk, 30% faster hit recovery, but unfortunately none to skills. People obviously want it for the faster cast rate but the faster hit recovery is another good aspect of it as well.
