why would there be? 290s were spawned in 09 and cannot spawn anymore, making it unlikely to appear on the 1.10 ladder

theres higher psn charms arent there? i have a 100 psn sc and ive heard of ones up to almost 400 so im sure theres some out there that are better than 290s on ladder already.

i dont think that there are higher charms
to get 290's u need both the highest psn prefix and the hightst psn suffix...septic charm of anthrax, i believe.... correct me if im wrong

i thought it was Pestilent charm of Anthrax, which i guess would be like 225 psn dmg.

someone showed me a 320 psn damage over 20 seconds so there is a higher one than 290 but i prefer 290 :-)
