1.10 zerk/frenzy barb - Mystic - 07-30-2003 yet another guide made by /VystiÇ ![]() i find that some ppl underestimate zerk, most ppl only use it as a "finishing move" that they mearly use 2 finish a highly weakend monster. to make a nice frenzy/zerk barb u should.... 1. max zerk 2.max frenzy 3.max a mastery of ur choice 4. 5 howl 5.10 double swing 6.10 shout 7.10 increased speed 8. ne xtra points into iron skin the barb that results from this is very nice because the 2 main skills, frenzy and zerk, add dmg 2 each other and the other skills buff up each of the primary skills.i would put the mastery points into sword mastery because zerk should b used with a 2 handed weapon so the damage is higher, another reason 4 the sword mastery is because there r many good swords 4 frenzy like a gf or call to arms runeword sword, thus making it so u can put a single sword on 1 slot and placing 2 on the other 4 frenzy. the good thing about this is that u dont have 2 spread mastery points so u can do more dmg. i also recomend hex resistance charms 2 reduce the dmg u take from both physical and magical dmg alike.good equipment 2 use is ias gear beacuse it alows u to dish out ur dmg more quicky, this helps excpecially with zerk because ur time is of value due 2 the fact that zerk hits 1 targeted enemy so u need 2 kill and kill fast.
