hey i kno i posts a lot of questions.. im a newb and i cant seem to find ones for chars i make..
but whats a good stat build for a ik barb? i kno skill placement i dono stat placement.. cuz i kno its different from a sword barb.. cuz ik maul needs lotta str and what not.. please help me out.. thanks in advance

Thanks a lot Frozen, I was wondering how I should go about a similar build. But, will this build have enough vitality to survive a WW with iron maiden on him?

you will ww the guys you cant get hit but stay way of it anyway...put more vit if you want and less dex cuz ww doesnt need that much
yeh dont need that much cuz ik gives you a lot of AR so dont worry

IKs?? i've allways thought that sets are crap compared to runewords, elites or magical stuff.
REASONs:
are limited in stats. eg. can only reach a certain amoount of defense and damage
extremely addictive. (once you have the full set you don't really want to break up the set as it takes away some of the bonuses.)
meaning you can't upgrade yourself with better items.

depends...all elite sets that i have seen can solo hell...easy...i know about IK,Gris,Aldur and Trang'ouls ones that can solo hell and destroy in duelz, ah and the other elite sets are too tought too,dont kick it without know and use it..
also elite items,rune words are better but it dont prove that sets are so shit

as you said, runewords etc. are better than sets, so why not use them instead?
also soloing hell depends on what class you are, what skills you use, and your att points. a well thought-out build can solo hell even without "as-good" stuff. but a dumbass pointless build can't go anywhere even with really good stuff.

oh...ok...but people can like sets as they are cool looking and can do things alone...but also uniques and runewords are good too...but... have people that like to do sets....
example:
equip a guardian angel or enigma instead of griss
no compare,but people like it...
zaka for griss:no way no compare,the best bonuses griss full give zaka can give and more if you place a perfect diamond.....
so it is it man i know many people that rox and equip sets cuz they really dont have other good ones
but there are people that has those rune words...uniques and prefer try the sets....just for fun....

yeh i agree that they are kool looking and some are really good, but i just dont see how they can be fun? but i guess people have different ways of playing huh?

just cuz i havent posted anything in a while, a 12x 40/15ias gris set will own a lot more than some one with the "best" runewords and uniques. just depends on the players level of skill
