Ok, what is the best Diablo 2 mod (lets not go into CS mods! dammit!) The reason im not using this as a poll, is b/c i dont even know any good mods (or any at all) besides cubaholics, and is using this as a reference for which one i should download next.

yay mods. i can't tell u exactly which one is the BEST, but there are pretty good ones out there. if u wanna test a build or whatever and don't feel like using an editor, a drop mod is pretty cool, which brings me to the BW Drop 'N Dupe mod in d2sectors download page. it's a really good drop mod; i havn't tried out the duping part yet but the drop part its a good one.another one which is in download section too is CCM4 (Cheaters Choice Mod v4). its a mod that some items are changed and stuff like that, so its prob more of an item mod. i believe drops are more frequently too, i forget. try that one out. uh, let me think of some others: Valhalla (general mod), Dark Wood 2 (general mod), Moo Mod (cow mod), mayb Eastern Sun but i kinda forget about that one. the general mods have changes mayb like items, monsters, perhaps selling gems/runes from merchants usually in act I. for more mod info and stuff like that try checking here: http://www.planetdiablo.com/phrozenkeep/ scroll down theres a mod archive under the file center section. also if u scroll down more on the left side all of the sections like Planet Diablo,The Grotto,Other Mod links will have pages to hosted mods which are usually some of the better ones out there just go through them. for instance the Back to Hellfire mod is under the Planet Diablo section on the Dark Onyx Mods link. i believe the mods under the file center section are all fileplanet downloads so that may be a pain sometimes waiting. i forget if the files under all those hosted sites will take you to fileplanet, but usually if u do it later at night there may not be as many ppl downloading them, i never had a problem when i was downlaoding them. good luck, and enjoy.
