dex - enough for 75% block [only if you use a good shield]
vit - all the rest
nrg - enough to get around 400 mana [assuming you use 2 soj's] otherwise enough for 600 mana.

how can we see our % of blocking in duel ?? cuz i dont know that if we put point into dex we will block more ....

Dext raises your block no matter what against any physical attack. You can test your block by going up against high level monsters like the minions of destruction. If you have max block against him, you have max block(i think...thats how I do it.)
Anyways, if you don't believe me about dext raising block in pvp, go meet a good foher or javazon. They block like crazy. I met a javazon once with Splendor and 400 dext. She blocked every single zeal hit.
