Strange Realm Down Problem - blinky8225 - 08-02-2004
I know a realm down normally means an temporary IP ban. I have dial-up though therefore my IP constantly changes. I have waited for 3 days and i still have realm down. I think I got it by trying too many cd keys. Somehow though my other computer got banned as well though even though I tried the keys on different computer so both of my computers are banned. Also every realm is down, not just USWEST, the one I play on. I have already tried deleting the registy key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Battle.net\. Is there anything else I can do to correct this problem.

realm down doesnt imply its IP ban...when i got IP ban..i just alt tab out and surf the net a little then getting back to d2....Having a dynamic IP doesnt help in realm downs...only the cannot connect error...
Im not sure bout your last few parts....im only correcting your first points...
