u cant make runeword
u can give urself teh runes and a sockeded item
u cant make ur own unques
u can edit existing ones tho

Hehe, I took a Death Cleaver, made it normal and kept its stats, made into BotD and made all of the mods max. =D
Did the same with Templar's Might but made it into Enigma. And same with HoZ but made it Exile. Same with Andy's Visage but made it Delirium. It's pwnage.
