Are you running an NT platform Windows? I exported them from WinXP, maybe it doesnt work on any non NT platforms. If anyone would care to post registry keys from windows 98, maybe you could try those.

Windows ME is based on the 98 / 95 architecture, which was based on MS-Dos.
Win NT was /not/ based on MS-Dos, and Win-Xp is based on the NT technology....

If you cant load to battle net yea its eather the fact you dont have that battlenet .dll that he has or your connection is bad call your internet people. Or you have a realy crappy firewall
