If you're in your OP Channel, type /ban *(username)
There's also /designate *(username) --Which makes that person the channel operator (but you need to rejoin the channel by doing /rejoin first!)
/rejoin - ... rejoins you to the channel
/kick *(username)
and probably more =D

What do you mean mods? Like on open battle.net kind of mods? Because I 've never heard of a mod...for an OP Channel...
