The only Meph bots i know are d2jsp (pay) and cMeph. Never used either and I dont know links...

You dont have to pay for d2jsp, theres a cracked one on this site = ) http://www.d2sector.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7750&page=1&pp=15 to install D2jsp and the scripts are there also. Thanks to Extremeblizz!
