yeh usually if i'm having modem probs, i'll unhook modem and leave plus out for 5 minutes, plug that back in and unhook router, leave that out 5 minutes, plug that back in, and restart comp. i think i do modem then router, mayb its flip-flopped.

for cable modems that dont work because if u have a static ip ur ip doesnt change and u will still have realm down
