Pindle = Pindleskin
You can find him in act 5 after you complete the 3rd quest. Go through the red portal by Anya in town, he's the first unique monster through the portal. He has a chance to drop any item in the game.

Just be sure not to complete the quest Anya asks you to. I luckily got the wp with my sorc before I completed it, but the fact that the red portal is gone now really depresses me...

Definitely do Trav runs. They have some of the best rune drop chances.

Pindle can't drop any item in game, he can't drop Tyrael's, Azure, and Spider.

i have got azure and arach of pindle also .. and probably council is the best because you get the chance for high runes off of them and i have found multiple sojs from them too
