God, he doesn't want p he just wants -40 and higher. -40 is minimum. Here's the stats for it:

So yes, -50% is perf, at least in that category. This is probably one of the best weapon for a poison necro since it pretty much gives +4 to your pnb skills, and increases the power of your poison skills with the -% poison resist, although it lacks +mana, +fcr or +resist all.
