i downloaded jammella here and the extra files needed off d2sector. i unzipped the files and when i tried running them it said that it was not a valid program file. what do i do? i got the old jamella off fileplanet and it gave me a backdoor, but it still worked. do i need to do something else to get the editor to work?

You shouldn't need to do anything to get Jamella to work properly. The zip file you downloaded was named JamellaD2Editor4Beta9c.zip right?

JM was never a "great" editor.. b/c it had limitations. i suggest zonfire it has *everything* also if u need help with hacking go to Nightshiver.com / Ladderhall.com

On one hand, Jamella was quite okay in the good ol' 1.08 times. Now it's - or its 4.0Beta version - simply useless as it doesn't support D2 1.10.
Shadowmaster was a great editor, but it is not updated either, so no 1.10 support, either.
Zonfire would be great if it worked with the final 1.10, but it doesn't. It tells you have to update the game as it only works with 1.10s. Since 1.10 final is out... it's no good.
