Onlyer's CD-Key Changer.. HELP! - bsktbllply11 - 09-21-2004

I had it all set up before but I had to reinstall my d2 and it seems that the website I had to refer back to isn't up anymore.. can someone direct me to somewhere that has directions on setting it up or tell me how?
