Hellforge. Transmute ists and guls to get vex's and deal from there.. Or just keep the ists and deal. I've found Ber and Cham in cows.. Found Ohm from a chest in Durance 3..

Does mf or anything count towards finding runes cuz my sorc has 405 mf and i am forced to do rushes for scammers a plenty in order to get any decent rune. Highest rune i found was ist in chaos sanctuary hell of a unique oblivion knight.
