The Um rune gives the extra 15 res. Notice how the rune bonuses are taken out when viewing the runes.

after like 200+ runs & u still get crap, change ur % mf, increase or decrease it..

Ya dude, high mf = bad. Try 250-400mf. You will see a difference.
