Help making clan channel

How do you make a clan channel? My friends and I want to start a clan but neither of us know how to make a clan channel (The one where when ever i ener i would become a moderator)

u gotta make it Op (account name) with out the "(" and ")" so like Op Artemis_Entreri and ull be the mod blizz got rid of clan chans during .09 like 1 1/2 years ago.
