I dunno how to activate the items i downlosded ...Please help

: As i am new to the whole downloading item and character concept, and know little about computers except for how to install and play games, as i am only 15 and participating in football, and constantly swamped wiht homework, I know littel about anything but playing games and searching the internet . If anyone could direct me as how to go about activating the items and character, it would be most appreciated, and would receive my wholehearted gratitude.:

P.S. watch out for the trojan-horse hack at www.skin_carvers.5u.com as it will really **** up your character if u have anything good on it, as it makes your mouse go haywire and throw all your shit outta your inventorry...it happened to me just 2 days ago : : :

that item and character file u downloaded.. is a single/open b.net file.. which means they r used for that only.. not on closed.. and that thing taht throws out all ur stuff is a scam usally ppl send to ppl in the same game and say its a trade scam or w/e .. and that thing does throw everything u have on out so its a really good trick.. thats about it
