Am I being hacked?

Hi, sorry for my noobish...I just started using Zpickit (downloaded from this site) and I started noticing windows popping up and disappearing in an instant for some time now. These occurance happens once in awhile no matter if I have it on or not. I scanned everything and it was fine, is this a new back door/tracking hack? Anyone aware of this?

Umm...Im not quite sure it has anything to do with zpickit of not if you got it from this site i doubt it does...but i doubt its a virus because your virus checker "should" pick it up...therefore i would say it could be spyware which may be tracking your website visits for their own little purposes, you should get a spyware bot and get it off its there....

Have you been on any online games lately of websites just little games..or clicked any banners...or anything like that...any wierd downloads?

I agree with Kem, that sounds more like spyware than anything. Try the program spysweeper. I use it and its great. Takes all spyware off.

Spysweeper and spy bot search and destroy are very good programs i currently use both of them that was a good suggestion angel

Wow, Thanks for the quick response. No, I haven't visited any weird sites or clicked on any banners. The only game I'm playing online is D2. At first I thought this is a logging feature that comes with it because I do noticed a log in the pickit folder and in the d2 folder--which never happened b4. I also noticed the SS that I took of D2 are also in the D2 folder even though I didn't save it there. What worries me is the thought that someone is tracking the keystrokes that I typed (i.e. Passwords to stuff). Now I have virus scanners, firewall, and some privacy plus going at the same time (McCaffe). Still, this occurance still happens. Should I just reformat?

Ok i work with computers and there is no reason to reformat it right now there will be a way to fix it im sure....does anyone else in your family use it or just you?

where do i find the programs Spysweeper and spy bot search because i think i really need because when i got internet at first i didnt have firewall or virus protection so i have like 1200 spyware things on my computor lol... and with the pickit sum 1 found out and i ran outta room so my realm went down for no reason so ya... i deleted it...:

Krusher101: go to download.com, you might find something there. ZoneAlarm (firewall) and AVG anti Virus are free programs. I used to use them.

x if you just use it and your positive you dont click on stupid stuff then it might not be spyware but i bet it is im pretty sure

Ok atleast you admitted it because **** happens to have a lot of spyware on it so that could be a cause

Oh, doubt its from that cause its been awhile since I did. Interestingly, my spyware didn't catch anything. Maybe I should install another one just in case this one misses something.
