no they wouldnt reset it because it was before 1.1. I am ****ing pissed because I had all the items you could name on that account.

why would they reset your character? what happened in the first place?

not my char my pass to my account. See the story is back when I used to be good in diablo I was a **** with computers ( not now I aint ) and I would get someone stealing my account. So I started to change the pass every week and when I stopped playin for a couple months the 1.1 patch came out. Now I forgot my password and bnet won't reset it since it wasn't registered.
