Html Website Hosting

Ok i know html because ive made a lot of generic websites before and i wanted to know a few things...

1.I want to host the site and i know i can on my own isp but they give like 10 mb of space which sucks..but i need a free site to host on that will allow a lot of my signatures to go on because i know that might take some space up...i know spitfire has one but i dont know if 30mb is big enough and if it is please post the site i forgot it >_<

2.What line of code would i have to put so when they go to right click my sig it doesnt allow or something to that sort to prevent stealing.....

and would i put it before or after that?

http://shockv2.net is a free host that gives you quite a bit of space. But their servers are quite unstable, so don't expect nothing much if your paying nothing.
http://ironcom.net is so far the best host I've ever came by though. Definately check them out.
