i have been hearing that they might make a diablo 3 is that true and i have also heard that they might add act 6 to LOD i was just wondering if any of those were true thx

You are aware they'd have to reballance all the monsters in all the acts to add yet another sloppily added act to the game... right?

Well, I wouldn't be suprised by another patch with game-altering effects - but I doubt it would be another act. They may add new monsters, new shrines, new items, new other thingies... but not an act.

I'd kinda like to see them add "Skill Cap Points" to the game. Something that would alter your skill if you get it to lvl 20. Lots of potential there - just a thought.

I would want to see another expansion or another diablo. I heard somewhere they are making another expansion

id imagine they would make another expansion, blizz usually just makes expansions instead of new games. but there needs to be a new game. new character classes/genders and whole new weapons/bosses....cept for Diablo of course

i hope they do make a new game, a new engine is needed, better graphics, something that can handle a skeleton summon necro or something... however i doubt they are going to release a new game, they are hardcore into world of warcraft, a big potential money maker, especially with all the new mmorpgs rage. i would probably imagine a diablo3 being a mmorpg too (pay monthly) even the new counterstrike is said to need a monthly subscription on steam to play. however, i do knkow that that the staff taking care of diablo 2 now is EXTREMELY small, maybe one or 2 people working on patches, and its all very slow. so as for seeing another d2 expansion, i doubt it, and i would expect new diablo game for at least a year or 2.

I wish that diablo would just change the patch and increase the acts (lol) instead of coming out d3/d2exp(part2).....as i dont wanna waste more money lol
