i like the metallic look on the metroid one, but i agree that its too busy in the background, maybe the text or bground in a diff color to differentiate between them.

normal rating:1/10...never use just filters it just looks gay..the gradiant thing and the texts is..Ok..but not great

new sig rating: 7/10...pretty good for a first you'll get better like i did and then get better ratings

k first of all WUTS UP WITH THE PLAIN BG? its kind of not the best ever seems like all u did wus clouds with green and white which to me is simply lazy theres no focus point that caches my eye the tech brushing is ok.. but not liking the border much 1px or 2px would b nice but overall ITS BORING sry 5/10

I don't know what c4d is but well yea.... I think that Dark's sig deserves 9/10. I use 3ds 7.0 for modeling and rendering so ... I think the blend of it all comes together and the focal point is the render. The name should be moved up closer to the border but that's all I see wrong.

Yep...tat isnt hard grunge...thats noise...like static on tv...

Use grunge brushes...try to make different layers...
Usually avatars are made from sig...crop em out from sigs..

Well all i see is filters, Nice job blending, you strechted the picture though, VERY bad idea, always go smaller. Try a boarder and using brushes, try a smaller doctument size too. I suggest 300x90 or 400x120

Wow. Hurly that is scary. 2/10. The render is horrific! Make it smaller like Anferny said. 300x90. And never enlarge pics make them smaeller than they are that way they will look better and not deathy like that.

and hurly USE BRUSHES (if u dunno ill tell ya on msn) but im not likin that static thing i c u learned how to make ur renders the same color as ur bg to make em blend gj on that 7/10 considering ur still new :)
