Is not real, and if it "is" he probably has some excuse not to show it to us... Its impossible to do anything through the game to the items unless you work at the area that the Battle.net servers are located...

Only way that could have been done was through the Eth item system which was patched in 1.10.
Unhappy to see idiots still exist.
