Sorc for Baal?

I'm looking for a sorc build that can tele to baal, takeout minions, kill baal at a nice speed, and not constantly die from those stupid lightning shooting things. Any help would be appreciated thnx.

Id say a lightning sorce with P light ormus, max resists, griffons, spirit shield, 2 wisps on (for tellying threw Burning souls), silkweaves or travas, frostburns, maras, escutas, and make sure you have atleast 800 life and 1000 mana

Use that if your gunna baal bot, otherwise just a normal blizz sorce with a decent merc can do baal runs and almost never die.

id say a good blizz sorc and a good merc can do baal runs without dying too often

a blizz sorc will kill mostly everything at baal since the skeles are immune to cold but very weak against a merc.
a light sorc is probably better, providing you dont run into any souls since their light immune u need a merc with insight.
a fb orb sorc might make it to baal also

im wondering why he said insight, or why insight would be good at all except for the mana regen

insight because my sorc died so many times with infinity. the mana regeneration helps a lot, other then a bit more dmg.





a nm defensive merc can supply the holy freeze aura, doom is not needed.

Another alternative would be Doom because the Holy Freeze aura can be quite helpful when dealing with souls. But, I still prefer Infinity.

well if you use es the mana regeneration would allow you to take a few more hits, hence making you live longer.. least that is what happens for my light sorc

Energy Shield doesn't work well vs souls even if you have high lvl meditaion; they drain your mana orb in 2-3 attacks if you have around 1000 mana. Its better to go 2 wisp+Tgod+ 85+ light resist and no es (that is if you can afford to get hit by death lords and have enough resists to eat a couple of oblivion knight attacks)

Ill suggest a lite sorc using a infinity merc to deal with bs..

I think a fire sorceress is better tho!Get ur merc to either decrepify or frozen baal,then eteor+fireball him!That's what I do!
