    when i go to run and i put in winipcfg it says the file does not exist...so i cant renew the ips :\

    hmm, i tried too and it didnt work, it worked for windows ME, but im on XP now. You could go to Control Panel, Network connections, find you internet connection, right click it go to properties, find TCP\IP, highlight that and go to properties, and manually configure your ip address. If that doesnt work i would set it back to auto set ip and just wait the rd off -.- There is a registry i saw last night that MAY let you get past r\d, but ill have to test it out
